We are currently looking for the right person to join our Quality Assurance Department.Your responsibilitiesSupplier ReleasesSupplier Quality ReleasesAdvanced Quality Planning (APQP) with suppliersMaterial ReleasesHandle complaint management process with suppliersSupplier Development and continuous improvement (supplier management)Tracking of supplier's corrective actionsStatistical evaluation of all supplier quality relevant itemsReduction of supplier failures in the field, at customer, in manufacturing and incoming inspectionSupport of Advanced Quality Engineering on customer claimsSupport in programs according to PSPSpecial releases for non-confirming supplied goods towards the supplier (in collaboration with Plant Quality)Organize Supplier actions on locationEvaluate and monitor supplier performanceYour profileEducational Background:Electrical or mechanical engineering degree or similarTechnical Skills:Quality Auditor regarding VDA 6.3 / IATF 16949Excellent knowledge In Supplier Quality processes and Quality tools (e.G. 8D problem solving, APQP, FMEA´s, etc.)Excellent/Good knowledge of Quality systemsExcellent problem-solving skillsExcellent knowledge of AIAG/VDA standards/guidelinesGood knowledge of Statistical process studies and Measurement System Analysis#J-18808-Ljbffr
