.**If you have experience working in the Supply Quality area and you are looking to make your next career move**This might be the opportunity for bringing your skills and help your team to achieve the best results for a great organization within the LEGO Group!**Play your part in our team success**The Quality area ensure premium quality LEGO® products by defining and ensuring compliance of quality assurance processes, standards and guidelines to be followed at the sites, distribution channels and suppliers of core components.This role assures the compliance of the purchased material with the different Requirements and standards, lead and motivate supplier quality inspectors securing the adherence to standards, identifying training needs and provide full support to internal customers (production, supplier quality engineers) creating a culture of mutual feedback and continuous improvement.**Core Responsibilities**Revise and keep updated skill matrix for Incoming inspectors and specialists, prepare trainings, promote collaboration and ensure adherence to processes and procedures and coordinate annual revisions of work guides and local procedures.Engaging with internal customers and gathering feedback to improve our service and promote continuous improvement in the area through the participation of the inspectors in LEGO´s idea system.Local Big Incident ambassador, drive local/global improvement projects and being an entry point in case claims from Far East elements.**Do you have what it takes?**- 3+ years of experience in a similar role in the supplier quality area.- Excellent control and administration of suppliers and specialists.- Analytical skills, good communication and partner management.- Proficient in Microsoft office: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, Power Apps.- Language: Advanced English**.** Good communication skills both verbally and in writing and comfortable in presenting complex ideas.**Join the global LEGO® team**We strive to create a diverse, dynamic and inclusive culture of play at the LEGO Group, where everyone feels safe, valued and they belong.The LEGO Group is proud to be an equal opportunity and an affirmative action employer.
