With over 3,000 employees globally in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, we are creating the future with our Advanced Technologies.A new and exciting road lies ahead of us now; are you in?We're currently looking for an excited and talented Supplier Quality Sr Mgr to help us push our organization forward by helping us in the following areas:- Lead, manage and develop the Global SQE Team- Lead SQE function to develop existing and new suppliers to ensure flawless launches and partner with the SQA team to improve supplier performance in serial production- Ensure compliance with BPM (Business Policy Manual), Global Supplier Quality Manual (GSQM) and other applicable certifications.- Achieve KPIs such as Supplier On-Time PPAP, Launch Perfoamnce, Supplier PPM, supplier A Concerns, LPAs, Supplier Certification, etc.- Active participation in Sourcing Committees and Matched Teams- Communicate and collaborate globally with internal customers (Sr. Management, Engineering, Program Teams, Operations, Quality, etc) suppliers and external customers (as required)- Assist team members and suppliers in problems solving effectiveness including root cause analysis through implementation of corrective actions- Work with suppliers to develop continuous improvement plans, improve supplier performance and achieve cost reduction targets- Support and drive supplier quality concerns and cost recovery process- This position requires 30% travel (minimum)If you feel you're the right fit, please don't hesitate to apply!**Functional Area**- Division**Employee Type**- Full Time**EEO statement****City**- Reynosa, CP**Country**- Mexico
