The HP IPCS Supplies Organization is seeking a Supplies PM for Mexico. The Supplies PM will lead and support multiple supplies programs & projects in order to meet customer, channel, and business needs. The Supplies PM will be responsible for supporting multiple comprehensive consumable programs analysis, forecasting, projections, trend analysis, and gap variances. The Supplies PM will also track and monitor business performance overall for customers, segments, channel and assist in the analysis and understanding of the customer's business and key trends at customer level.Key Responsibilities:- Requires an in-depth understanding of financial flows and terms related to the P&L.- Own the supplies operational activities such as, but not limited to; Replenishment for LAR click accounts, Supplies Claims for ALL LAR, QAD click charge management, quoting, Click Charge invoicing, special conditions, Etc.- Work with GBU, supply chain and logistics to maintain country supplies inventory, manage planning & allocation for the channels and direct customers. Manage COGS and consignment inventory at the channel. Managing and implementing the full use of SIM with customers and channel.- Channel Management: Develop and maintain strong relationship with channel partners, collaborating closely to drive sales and meet revenue targets.- Manage Supplies Lifespan (LS) project and work with the IB, service and channel to drive LS improvements and best practices.- Manage the supplies T&T scanning ratio and work with the channel and supply chain to optimize.- Support channel and customers with regulatory information and technical supplies related documentations.- Support with leading special programs and business initiatives on the Latin America level as needed to drive business growth and operational efficiencies.- Develops and maintains viable long-term relationships with sales teams internally and with multiple functions in the organization including our Order Administration, Finance, Global Business Units, Supply Chain, Logistics, Category, Service, etc.- Support the Preparation of an enhance quarterly reviews for senior management.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business / Finance / Marketing.- At least 4+ years' experience in program/project management and data analytics, with a proven track record. Financial reporting experience is a plus.- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, analyze market trends, and drive business growth.- Comfortable managing complex sets of data and building models to analyze and report insights.- Extensive knowledge of Excel (master level) statistical analysis, and financial modeling.- Good stakeholder management and influencing skills.- Strong business engagement and business acumen with awareness of political/economic environment.- Self-driven and motivated person, team player with strong communication skills.- Proficiency in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.
