Buyer/Planner 3**Escolaridad**: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, data science, operations analysis, business administration or similar**Conocimientos**:- High understanding of supply/demand, DRP, planning parameters that drive supply sources based on demand- Proven success in problem identification analysis and solving.- Manage large pieces of data in Excel- Rapid Response, Oracle and EDW knowledge is a plus- Fluent in English to work with users worldwide (a must)**Habilidades / Competencias**:- Highly analytical- Effective communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.- Self driven- Passionate about continuous improvement of business processes- Able to standardize process and keep them going for long term**Responsabilidades / Actividades**:Supply chain analyst of the global inventory management team, this position collaborates in all inventory reporting and analysis efforts globally. As a member of the global inventory management team, this person will work directly with plant, regional and global Support recurrent reporting generation- Publish weekly inventory metrics to all IMS factories globally, report to management on periodic basis on the progress and collect ideas to improve and implement the same- Work independently on simple to moderate complexity analysis- Perform adhoc analysis to pin point excess reduction opportunities to regional and plant inventory leaders to action,- Interacts with IT, support business testings and provides technical assistance to users for common questions- Train plants globally as needed- Work on advanced analysis with manager and advisors assistance.- Generate flawless and insightful data analysis to monitor and improve inventory turns and reduce inventory levels (excess).- Main focus in reducing inventory levels by finding opportunities to increase global consumption of excess / surplus inventory
