.The Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics, is responsible of the Transportation Execution and Visibility Systems Management by providing updated information, strategies for process standardization and automation as well as team coordination to optimize and achieve a well-planned logistics management procedures to deliver real time and high-quality information to our stakeholders.Key Deliverables- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Digital Transportation Execution.- Study and continue to expand knowledge regarding the Transportation Management Systems.- KPI, dashboards and reports development and management to measure the progress of the Logistics team projects, distribution productivity and support the decision-making process by establishing priorities based on NA business objectives.- Updating and communicating the status of project progress.- Develop strategies for the implementation of system adjustments for the load execution logic in SAP/TMS/FourKites and any other related system.- Tracking tickets with IT and BluJay teams to follow up system connectivity issues.- Measure Carrier Performance and provide support tools and solutions as needed.- Generate documentation in different languages to coordinate/lead team training sessions on TMS/SAP functions and process standardization.- Support to users regarding doubts/troubleshooting issues related to the Transportation Management systems.- Support in Logistics area projects.Desired behavior, personal attributes, (Leader Imperatives And Competencies):- Have a strong passion and ability to improve business results.- Encourage collaboration and long-term relationships with key decision-makers in shipping & logistics- Proactively assists others in response to their business needs in order to build strong working relationships and provide troubleshooting support.- Have skill and interest in project management, data analytics and reporting.- Regularly identify areas that can be improved and, constructively proposes and implements projects and solutions that increase value and improve business performance.- Seek opportunities that develop knowledge and skills to become a stronger contributor.- Have skill in easy communication.Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems or a related field.- Experience using project management and data analysis tools as Power BI, Visio, Excel Business Analyzer, SAP BW.- Strong project management, presentation and communication skills.- Prior experience working in a Supply Chain environment.- Strong planning, organizing and time management skills.- English is required (US).- Self-starter with strong leadership skills executing as appropriate in the areas of responsibility and a high degree of integrity.- Strong ability to cultivate positive relationships with and between team members, plants, support functions and functional groups
