**SERVICES & SCOPE OF SERVICES**A summary description of the Services to be delivered:- Kickoff, Learn, Gap Analysis, Identify Opportunities, Prioritize and Set Targets, VSM, WMS, POS, PFEP, Existing WH Initiatives- **PDCA Cycle**:Problem Solve, Act, Implement and Measure improvements identified through the course of this work.- **Develop Long Term Roadmap**: Knowledge Transfer, External WH Utilization, Training Plans, Future Focus Value Streams, Standardize**In-Scope Services** under this SOW include the following:- Dedicate resources to focus value streams (Metal Clad and Breaker manufacturing)- Remove waste from the material handling process (production cell to WH)- Kitting improvement and efficiency- Improve lineside material presentation- Rationalize std pack sizes based on consumption and cycle time data- PFEP improvement and usage- Develop a real-time pull system with lineside triggers- Improve SE WH and offsite WH transaction process- Reduce hot shots from offsite WH- Review and make recommendations on internal scheduling practices (Interim to POS)- Weekly report with key metric trackingMethodology & Framework detail:- Comprehend or develop data infrastructure- Analyze data to identify performance gaps- Prioritize projects required to close performance gaps- Execute projects and monitor progress- Knowledge transfer, coaching, and training**Deliverables**- Value Stream Mapping (VSM)- Productivity Improvement- Project timing and resource plan- Cost-benefit analysis- Improvement data- Actionable Focus Recommendations- Leadership Reviews**Primary work location(s)**SE Work Locations:Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesHorario:- Turno matutinoLugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
