Position summary
This person is responsible for safeguarding the organization's inventory according to established procedures.
Can lead supply chain management activities and provide basic training to entry-level staff.
This individual is a team leader of high integrity and commitment to Water Mission's core values.
**Main responsibilities**:

- Keep the material stored in the warehouse area in order and in good condition, following the established procedures and ensuring a continuous supply.
- Take a physical inventory.
- Coordinate the handling and registration of the documentation of entry and exit of material or tools in the warehouse.
- Carry out periodic selective inventories.
- Review vehicle entry and exit passes and submit them for clearance by the warehouse manager.
- Support in the control of obsolete and/or new materials or equipment.
- Support in the receipt of materials, equipment, supplies and tools verifying the specifications of the purchase order or reference notes.
- Assists in the collection and delivery of material and equipment to the warehouse manager, in accordance with the request submitted.
- Deliver copies of warehouse requests to the accounting and logistics department in the absence of the warehouse manager.
- Support in the review and realization of monthly physical inventories.
- Any other role requested by your immediate supervisor or the organization.
- Carry out procurement activities within the country program, such as quotations, material budgets, verification of purchases made and purchase requests, providing support to the field team.
- Fulfill the functions necessary for the import of equipment.
- Support to the accounting team with the recording of vehicle mileage and other ancillary tasks.
- Availability to travel occasionally within the state.

- Participate in or direct internal activities consistent with the organization's mission and core values.
- Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor.
Essential requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed (Business, logistics, administration or public accounting)
- English proficiency, preferably.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to summarize disparate information in a clear and concise manner.
- Solid knowledge of plumbing materials, hardware, and tools.
- Microsoft Office Knowledge
