Supply Chain Assistant

Job DescriptionMAIN RESPONSABILITIES- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms.- File and update contact information of employees, suppliers, and external partners.- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.- Make travel arrangements.- Gather Data, calculate and distribute key department metrics (KPIs).- Support Equipment Request Process (Cellular, Laptops, etc.).- Support New Hire Process.Required Skills & Experience- Customer Orientation- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.- Integrity and professionalism.- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English > 70%)- Proficiency in MS Office.- Proactive- Attention to detail.- Analytical and organized.- Basic Lean concepts & tools (PDCA, Waste Elimination, Visual Management, 5's+1, 5 Why's, Fishbone) is a plus.- MRP Knowledge is a plus.- SAP Ariba Knowledge is a plus.Education and Language requirementsBusiness Administration or related.
