.**Supply Chain Business Partner- Steel**About the job**RHI Magnesita is seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Business Partner- Steel. This role is full- time located at Ramos Arizpe, MX.The role is responsible for developing, managing, and delivering support services to the Steel BU organization's sales and customer service workforce.This position full-time will report to the Head of Finished Goods Inventory & Warehousing Team Leader. The Supply Chain Business Partner- Steel will travel both domestically and internationally with about 5%-10% travel time.**The Supply Chain Business Partner- steel tasks include**:- Participating and leading in Steel BU topics in S&OE- Lead Demand Planning discussions with the Steel BU sales teams- Advising sales and customer service teams on product shortages, expected delivery dates, price changes, etc.- Acting as liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments.- Assisting in inventory reduction processes, inventory selling, and inventory monitoring.- Providing support for Accounts Receivables where needed.**About you**Do you have:- Bachelor's degree with preference for business, sales, marketing, or customer service- Strong preference for experience supporting a complex manufacturing operation- High proficiency with MS Office Suite of products, specifically MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point- Strong knowledge and analytical skills with emphasis on sales and inventory management- Ability to interact with staff, partners, and the general public with a calm and professional demeanor- Excellent sales and customer service skills- Bi-lingual Spanish and English is required- High proficiency with use of SAP- Hands on, forward thinking, and improvement/results driven- Familiar with data input, output, report creation and data analysis- Works effectively and collaboratively, including clear written and verbal communications- Willingness to travel as needed, both domestically and internationally- Process improvement driven- Excellent Problem solving and organizational skills**What we bring to the table**- We offer you a varied and challenging role within the world market leader that is driving positive change- We give you the opportunity to take part in shaping the future of the industry leader in innovative technology- ** Amazing Benefits!
