PepsiCo's product portfolio includes a wide range of enjoyable foods and beverages, including many iconic brands that generate more than $1 billion each in estimated annual retail sales.Guiding PepsiCo is our vision to Be the Global Leader in Beverages and Convenient Foods by Winning with PepsiCo Positive (pep+). pep+ is our strategic end-to-end transformation that puts sustainability and human capital at the center of how we will create value and growth by operating within planetary boundaries and inspiring positive change for planet and people.Now we are looking for this position:**Supply Chain Contracts & Payables Leader****Main Purpose**:The main purpose of this position is to be responsible for leading an Indirect Purchasing team that is responsible of making sure that all the distribution centers have all the equipment necessary to operate (Examples: Security, cleaning, labels, Safety equipments/services).**Accountabilities**- Partner with key stakeholders for adherence and coordination of key business initiatives- Establish and maintain vendor partnerships to ensure quality and reliable work- Resolve any escalated customer or vendor inquiries in a professional and efficient manner- Collaborate and maintain high levels of communication with all stakeholders (Logistics, Sales, Warehouse, Fleet, HQ)- Maintain various performance tracking documents including but not limited to Weekly Cost Management Reports, Vendor Pricing Lists and KPI performance.- Identify trends and recommend corrective action measures when needed- Proactively work to identify new ways of working to deliver efficiency gains- Lead change initiatives and embrace change to deliver key business imperativesQualifications**:- _ Minimum 1 year of experience as a leader_- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Account Payables, purchase, or Procurement is required- Advance engEnglish required- Excel intermediate level is a must- Working knowledge of order processing and order life-cycle in a dynamic Supply Chain- Ability to positively influence teams outside of direct responsibility and across multiple business units- Ability to manage multiple competing prioritiesThank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your career!
