**Responsibilities**:**SC Analyst****Main Purpose**The Support Analyst will operate within a team of database developers, data analysts, data engineers, and software engineers to produce simpler, faster, and more insightful solutions for supply chain performance managers, decision makers, specialists and frontline personnel.
**Accountabilities**- Help improve the reliability of the key reports, tools, dashboards, ETL processes, and apps our team supports.- Receive technical support and enhancement requests from internal Business teams or Users, seek clarification as necessary, research root cause/create a plan, complete request, and communicate status back to requestors.- Monitor successful data updates and availability (e.G., user permissions) of the published Tableau and PowerBI dashboards our team supports.- Complete weekly scheduled technical tasks on time, resolve any discrepancies, escalate to other team members and/or communicate with business teams as necessary.- Keep solution documentation up to date (common issues, how-to instructions, and enhancement detail)- Inform team members when specific reports, tools, dashboards, ETL processes, or apps are becoming less stable, and when possible identify the source of the instability, help brainstorm improvements, and track progress of action plans targeted to improve their performance
