Supply Chain Digital Projects Coordinator

**As an **SCDPC **, **responsibilities will include**:- Collect requirements from all levels of the supply chain structure and translate them to technical specifications through diagrams, user-stories, scope definitions, requirements matrix among others.- Support the elaboration, maintenance and communication of project charter and other related project documents through team and stakeholders.- Train, support and act as internal consultant for end-users to the use, design and improve of digital tools develop or to be developed.- Support decision making by providing data automation, analysis and representation through Azure SQL, Power BI, SharePoint Lists, Excel Files and related sources of data.- Coordinate, manage, follow up and be accountable of the effective project development as for internal as for external work.
**The **SCDPC **position **is well-suited for you if you**:- Build and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external customers and vendors that will help facilitate effective communication of business needs.- Possess strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills- Have strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills- Demonstrate an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Demonstrated experience working as part of a team- Are able to meet deadlines- Embrace changes and are open to new ideas and approaches- Bachelor's degree in any management and/or digital field.
PMP or Master in Administration would be a plus.
