We're looking for a Supply Chain Director in Juarez, North Site, to support our exceptional teams that contribute to our growth by building great products. Reporting to the General Manager, the Supply Chain Manager role takes charge of planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining processes and procedures within the organization related to supply chain management. The ideal candidate should be an expert in managing and overseeing methods and processes for both new and existing products. The role requires customer interaction and a strategic mindset. Responsibilities: Participate in the review of vendor and customer contracts by outlining requirements and considerations. Check materials related to data research. Participate with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and goals. Direct the activities of supply chain managers and staff and oversee planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area. Interact regularly with executives, customers, and vendors. Drive supply chain management strategies to deliver customer requirements and maintain Flex's financial drive. Provides supplier management as related to product development and integration. Required Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training. BA/BS/ MBA or equivalent work experience Strong experience as Supply Chain Director in Automotive/Harnesses manufacturing industry.
