The Supply Chain Director, Mexico is responsible for the Mexico Supply Chain S&OP and Demand Planning processes.
The SCD will implement S&OP Class "A" procedures in Mexico and leverage statistical forecast process.
He/She is responsible for defining inbound/outbound logistics and warehouse management strategy and execution to fulfill customer needs while assuring adequate cost to the operations.
The SCD is responsible for import and export execution of finished goods and raw materials to the two SLP and El Salto plants and is responsible for customer services for the recently joined Cooper/Goodyear enterprise.
Job Duties / Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

- S&OP Class A: share knowledge and implements S&OP Class A culture (based on 26 elements) around Mexico but as well all LAT countries and Regional Office.
Make Self Assessment on those elements at Regional Level and Other Eyes / External Audits at Country Levels.
- Be aligned with Global S&OP best Practices.
- Implement Demand Planning process (Statistical forecast to support Sales Plan and Sales plan validation linked with Goodyear strategy) at Country level, considering business specification and characteristics.
- Warehouse management and logistics operations for inbound and outbounds of finish goods.
- Import and Export raw and finish goods operations.
- Customer Services management of joint Cooper and Goodyear operations.
KEY EXPERIENCES
- Bachelors in Business or Engineering.
- MBA or Professional Certification In Supply Planning
- APICS (Association for Supply Chain Management) is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience as a leader of others
- 5+ years in Supply Chain management or Industrial Engineering
- Strong experience managing multi-channel distribution with large volume and SKUs
- Warehouse and logistic operations
- S&OP process background
- Desired SAP APO modules
