At PepsiCo we create a Space to be you.**Responsibilities**: This role is to execute a DOT regulatory requirement under Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Title 49 391.23 stating employers must respond to DOT inquires (D&A results and Reportable Collisions) for previous employees within the past three years for both traffic and sales.The nature of the work is a federal requirement from the Code of Federal Regulation noted above. This role is responsible for responding to all inquires (3 year look back) on behalf of two Frito-Lay DOT numbers; Frito-Lay Inc. #1421875and Rolling Frito-Lay Sales LP**ACCOUNTABILIES**:- Responsible for responding to e-fax requests from other employers and hiring firms for previous employees (3 year look back)- Open efax and obtain name of previous employee.- Search Kelmar to determine if they were a DOT regulated employee within the last 3 years.- If no state "This person is not in our DOT regulated database."- Search FSSolutions Drug & Alcohol Database with name to see if they tested positive for a drug or alcohol.- If no select line 3 and 4 on attached sheet there was no positive drug result and no positive alcohol result.- If yes indicate the test date and MRO date.- Search DOT Reportable Spreadsheet(s) and indicate date and reportable criteria (death, tow or ambulance) in additional information box.- Search collision spreadsheet and indicate if name was involved in a collision. If yes provide city, state and preventable or non-preventable.- Complete Word document from search databases and spreadsheets
