**What will you do?**Responsible as Supply chain lead function. Analyze and optimize purchasing process across the Chillers Plants, inventory management, materials systems development to maximize the process efficiency.**How will you do it?**- Evaluating existing process and identify areas that need improvement. Ensure that standard work is completed and published in an updated version.- Collaborating on supply chain procedures, including inventory management, process automation and JCMS integration.- Consolidate and analyze supply chain KPI's- Implementing and document supply chain process.- Fully participation in supply chain disruptions escalations, define root cause, count of measures for short/long term and track actions.- Recommend and create software to improve process.- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.- Participate in Risk Assessments- Participate in Training program.- Intervene personally identify and correct unsafe acts and recognize safe behavior- Identify and report potential environmental impacts- Analyze and prevent the consequences of all actions before any activity- Contribute to compliance (as applicable) objectives and targets for safety, health and environment.- Attend trainings to learn about Lean & Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement methodologies as required by function and/or position.**What we look for?**- 8+ years of experience in supply chain management or related occupation.- Utilize experience with lean manufacturing- IT/Demand pull manufacturing methods.- ERP System knowledge- MRP and Replenish inventory control systems.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office- Education and experience requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Business Administration, Materials Control, Engineering or related field- Advanced English- Availability to travel"Johnson Controls does not request pregnancy or HIV testing as a requirement for admission, permanence or promotion"
