**What will you do?**
Responsible as Supply chain lead function. Analyze and optimize purchasing process across the Chillers Plants, inventory management, materials systems development to maximize the process efficiency.
**How will you do it?**
- Evaluating existing process and identify areas that need improvement. Ensure that standard work is completed and published in an updated version.
- Collaborating on supply chain procedures, including inventory management, process automation and JCMS integration.
- Consolidate and analyze supply chain KPI's
- Implementing and document supply chain process.
- Fully participation in supply chain disruptions escalations, define root cause, count of measures for short/long term and track actions.
- Recommend and create software to improve process.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Participate in Risk Assessments
- Participate in Training program.
- Intervene personally identify and correct unsafe acts and recognize safe behavior
- Identify and report potential environmental impacts
- Analyze and prevent the consequences of all actions before any activity
- Contribute to compliance (as applicable) objectives and targets for safety, health and environment.
- Attend trainings to learn about Lean & Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement methodologies as required by function and/or position.
**What we look for?**
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain management or related occupation.
- Utilize experience with lean manufacturing
- IT/Demand pull manufacturing methods.
- ERP System knowledge
- MRP and Replenish inventory control systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Education and experience requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Business Administration, Materials Control, Engineering or related field
- Advanced English
- Availability to travel
