**About the job**

RHI Magnesita is seeking a highly competent and motivated individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Line Leader at Ramos Arizpe, Coah.

As a Supply Chain Line Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of transport within our organization, ensuring efficient operations and timely delivery of products

This position full time will report directly to the Head of OTC Services NAM will travel both domestically and internationally with about 10% travel time

**The Supply Chain Line Leader's tasks include**:

- Lead and supervise a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, support, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and managing supplier performance
- Oversee the transportation of goods, coordinating with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery and minimize transportation costs
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and actively implement effective solutions
- Collaborate closely with different departments within the organization, including production, sales, and finance, to ensure alignment and seamless operations

**About you**

Do you have:

- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or similar
- 4 - 7 years' experience in supply chain, logistic or related is required
- English B1/ B2 is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables), SAP and PowerPoint skills
- Proven experience working in a leadership role within the supply chain function, preferably in the refractory industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
