Supply Chain Logistics Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATION:BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering or similar relevant field.EXPERIENCE:Previous working experience as a Supply Chain Manager for (5-8) years.Hands-on experience with supply chain management software (such as SAP MM, AP Modules, SAP Plant Maintenance, etc.
).LICENSE(S) REQUIRED:Industrial Engineering licensed is a plus.Lean Six Sigma Certification is a plus.DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversees the performance of the different supply chain logistics operations – Demand Planning, Product Distribution, Warehouse management (Finished Goods & Custom Boded Materials) and Storeroom.Working closely with the purchasing department, the Supply Chain Logistics manager plays a part in choosing suppliers and products and negotiating service prices.Ensure the correct distribution and delivery of the goods, a crucial supply chain process.Plan and implement the overall supply chain logistics strategy.Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams.Determine key supply chain KPIs.Champion solutions for process improvements.Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner.Work with finance, sales, and production teams to determine the best vendors and distributors.Build and maintain good relationships with vendors.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Carmen, Davao del Norte: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).#J-18808-Ljbffr
