We are currently looking for a SCM Administration to join our team in Nissan Aftersales.
**Job Summary**:
The Aftersales Administration Team is responsible for a variety of activities that supports Aftersales and Parts Supply. Specific activities include administration of the supplier penalty process for non-compliances, oversight of various special order processes, handling supplier payment discrepancies, etc. This role specifically works directly with North American suppliers and collaborates cross-functionally with supply chain functions such as Inventory Management, PDC operations, logistics, packaging, DPIC, and other functions supporting customers.
**Job functions include but are not limited to**:
Performs daily activities associated with Aftersales administration roles and responsibilities
Manages the supplier penalty process based on actions made by the supplier that are non-compliant to Nissan guidelines
Manages the distribution of the supplier scorecard which reflects various performance indicators by the supplier in accordance of the Nissan policy
Manages the ordering process for specified commodities for our dealers and export customers (Batteries, Keys, etc.)
Oversees process that creates special orders to support internal Nissan requests for special circumstances
Updates databases and provide reports to leadership in regards to Nissan critical backorders
Work with North American suppliers and Nissan affiliates to resolve any open invoice payment discrepancies
**Minimal Qualifications**:
**Job Knowledge and Skill**:
Good English interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to interface with management
Ability to communicate and negotiate with suppliers
Basic understanding of principles, concepts, practices, and standards related to supply and demand
**Experience**:
Experience using MRP or other dynamic inventory control systems
Background in administrative related roles and functions
**Education**:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university plus a minimum four years of directly related professional experience in administrative functions
**Computer Skills**:
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Ability to learn Nissan operating systems such as SAP, Access, Mainframe, WMS
