These activities includes contact with suppliers to requests quotations for direct materials (mainly steel items), as well as keep our purchasing database up to date with pricing, fixed source of supply and creating purchasing info records / source lists as well as to clarify questions to execute a smooth quotation process with the intention to create purchase orders on time, with correct information and keep a continuous flow for order entry of purchase orders.
