On a daily basis, you will find yourself working closely with groups like the Customer Order Management, Operations, and Transportation teams to ensure timely fulfillment and receipt of orders to support the Wind Power business.How You'll Make an Impact:Conducts order management responsibilities for United States based Wind Power warehouses and locations.Analyzes and constantly optimizes the organization's processes to enhance performance.Establishes, monitors, updates, and benchmarks metrics to propose measures for improvement.Provides analyses as required by Supply Chain Management (SCM).Proposes and takes over responsibility for defined and assigned improvement projects.Initiates and implements supplier improvement programs.Establishes operational vendor relations to manage and monitor vendor performance. Identifies and resolves vendor conflicts timely in support of customer needs.Establishes SCM oriented customer relations to meet customer expectations.Cooperates with the internal Procurement, Controlling and Logistics functions to ensure acceptance of and adherence to supply chain processes, guidelines, and tools.Communicates with external auditors in accordance with management.Contributes to projects, work groups and the training of new employees in the area of expertise.What You Bring:Bachelor's Degree is required for this role. Bachelor's in business, Engineering or other related discipline preferred.2+ years' demonstrated experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or other related Supply Chain management area.Experience in SCM oriented customer relations to meet customer expectations.Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office tools including but not limited to Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience in manipulating data with spreadsheets (i.E., Microsoft Excel) to guide performance monitoring and decision making.Ability to effectively communicate and conduct business in English, in both written and spoken format.Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.Up to 10% travel within the United States required for this position. Ability to obtain a US visa is required.
