Supply Chain Manager (Bilingue)

Key Responsibilities Manage functional areas of planning, shipping, receiving, finish goods inventory and ensure on-time delivery to domestic and international customers; Own inventory scorecardand establish optimal KPIs that align to different levels of ownership in the organization, driving for root cause inputs and addressing risks to meet operation targets; Develops warehousing network and inventory management/control in alignment with commercial plans and strategies; - Ensures policies, procedures and training are in place for optimization of workforce Develop and track key metrics related to the performance of the warehouse Effectively communicate warehouse performance, key initiatives, opportunities, changes to the CLS organization and other stakeholders; Participate in S&OP process and develop/support short-term plans, long term capacity planning. Direct interface with the Demand Management team- Commercial Forecast team and Product Line teams; Develop and maintain inventory plan to meet customer requirements; develop strategies to increase inventory turns, reduce costs, and optimize customer service. Identify methods and processes to improve velocity of material moving through the warehouse- Develop the team in an environment that supports safety, empowerment, and continuous improvement.
