Supply Chain Manager

This role involves strategic planning, mentoring, and decision-making to foster growth and success.Responsibilities:Planning supply chain workflow to align with budgets and deadlines.Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with key suppliers and vendors and lead the negotiation of key contracts and agreements to secure the best possible terms and conditions.Plan and implement logistical strategy, ensuring targets are met.Work on forecasts and inventories, keeping an accurate record of the process and analyzing performance.Building relationships with new third-party vendors.Mitigating supply chain risks and bottlenecks.Improve the overall supply chain performance and look for any possible innovations to the process.Manage and motivate a team of supply chain staff.Qualifications:Strong background in chemical/pharma industry.Expertise in International Trade operations in chemical/pharma.Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.Strong planning and project management skills.Negotiation and influencing skills.Business management and analytical skills.Skills in Excel and experience with ERP.Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering or related courses.#J-18808-Ljbffr
