**Job Description**:Overall responsible for the coordination and control of logistic supply chain and processes related to raw material replenishment and finished product within the Plant.Manages the relationship with external logistics entities (e. g. external warehouse, transportation).Functional and target leader for the Warehouse, Receiving and Shipping functions.Sets the strategy and manages the resources for the logistics area in cooperation with BT central LO.Expertise domain to support production planning, procurement team, as well Import-Export and CustomsConsolidates material constraints status, sets priorities, and manages escalation.Works in close cooperation with Value Stream Managers to achieve the objectives related to delivery performance, inventories, and log costs.Owns Supply Chain improvement processes regarding to Bosch Production System standards in its area of responsibilityContinuously improve business processes & performance through Continuous Improvement Process (System CIP, Daily management)Logistic KPI Owner on Plant level, controls logistics performance indicators including logistic costs.Drive I4.0 and digitization project based on business requirement for the logistics area**Qualifications**:Minimum five years of managerial and leadership experience in logistics in a manufacturing environmentDemonstrated track record of success in leading a comparable departmentExcellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skillsStrong collaboration and teamwork skillsDynamic, proactive, takes initiates to identify and start improvementsWorking knowledge of Bosch policies and procedures as well as a strong knowledge of the Bosch Production System/Lean manufacturing concepts preferredAdditional InformationBosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
