As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Production Control and Distribution teams for our site, focusing on enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and ensuring efficiency throughout the supply chain process. About the Job Leadership and Coordination: Lead and manage the Production Control team and Distribution for the site, including task assignments, goal setting, and providing performance feedback. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs. (30%)Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, engineering, and supply chain teams to align production plans with demand forecasts and customer requirements. Collaborate with production teams to adjust schedules based on demand forecasts and capacity planning. (20%)Buying: Address and resolve supply chain disruptions or delays.
