The Supply Chain Manager is a key team member responsible for sustaining high performance in Procurement, Material Planning, logistics, Inventory & Stock Operations. The Supply Chain Leader mentors and leads these teams with KPI's, driving strategic initiatives and evaluating performance to plan. The Supply Chain Leader is also responsible for managing and improving supply partner performance and relationships.RequirementsBilingual English/Spanish.Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Business Management, Supply Chain.+7 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain or Procurement, preferably in an international environment.Creative problem-solving skills.Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes.ResponsibilitiesEstablish, deploy and oversee supply chain standard operation procedures to ensure smooth operations by providing visibility of required resources and actions to meet site objectives and targets.Evaluate and improve the Supply Partner base for best cost, quality, availability, and continuity.Implement and action Supply Partner scorecards.Implement supply chain programs such as Kanban, vendor-managed inventory, and JIT to meet production needs while reducing material exposure and inventory levels.Work closely with production planning on the master production schedule to assure materials readiness to meet business targets while identifying short, medium, and long-term risks.Manage warehouse configuration coupled with knowledge of shop floor replenishment practices.Build, lead, and coach local supply chain team members.Set and manage performance to KPI's for direct reports.Serve on the site leadership team and support on global supply chain strategy implementation.Work closely with the Customer Focus Team on sustaining business opportunities.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
