The work is supported by internal software tools. Balancing supply with demand while minimizing out-of-stock, overstock, and homeless inventory are key aspects of the role. Primary KPIs are out-of-stock and excess stock rates, inventory turnover, and landed costs. You will be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working closely with management and fellow team members in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.**HOW TO SUBMIT A TOP NOTCH APPLICATION**:- Read the job description carefully- If you get to the interview phase, ensure you've read all of the materials we've sent you and completed your research about us.**What you'll do**- Become proficient with internal forecasting and replenishment software used by the company.- Purchase merchandise by issuing purchase orders.- Review and analyze best freight options for purchases, including securing and monitoring freight and logistics and coordinating with import brokers as needed.- Balance supply and demand while minimizing out-of-stock, overstock, and homeless inventory situations.- Oversee and coordinate replenishment requirements for external partners and warehouses.- Proactively identify and resolve inconsistencies with inventory and data through advanced analysis, review, filtering, and comparison with extensive use of MS Excel, including X look- up work.- Maintain business relationships with suppliers during interactions.- Compute, analyze, update and maintain various pricing databases including vendor data, product pricing, fx data, landed costs, etc.- Produce weekly, monthly, and yearly data and report KPIs to management and internal and external teams, partners, and vendors.- Proactively identify and resolve problems while making decisions related to balancing supply/demand, inventory levels, capacities, and customer fulfillment.- Recommend and deliver improvements to the supply planning and supply chain execution processes
