Ethicon Inc. is recruiting for a Supply Chain New Product Planning Team Leader!
The position can be located in Raritan, New Jersey, (preferred); Cornelia, Georgia; San Angelo, Texas; Guaynabo, Puerto Rico; San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico; Juarez, Mexico; Brussels, Belgium; or Norderstedt, Germany.

Our team has an exciting opportunity in our Supply Chain Plan Projects team supporting global end-to-end planning for new products.
As a core member of project team, this position will engage with key functional partners throughout the launch cycle to ensure flawless supply chain implementation, planning, and execution!
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as core member to project teams, aligning closely with cross-functional business partners (Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Master Data Management, Global / Regional PLAN, Business Excellence, Deliver, PP&L, ExOps) on upcoming changes.
- Partner closely and align with supply planning, production planning, Purchasing, External Operations planning, and network planning to ensure capacity & capability are appropriately used for planning and scheduling functions.
- Support launch, phase-in / phase-out plans with key stakeholders and prepare for operational Supply Chain and PLAN launch readiness.
- Support scenario planning analysis, with capacity bottleneck identification where required.
Ensure appropriate available capacities to meet timelines and volume requirements.
- Identify and pro-actively mitigate risks throughout the entire supply chain.
- Communicate business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
- Drive improvements in Global Supply Chain Projects processes.
- Support demand, supply, and inventory strategies to build robust, efficient and conformant end-to end supply chains for new products.
- Coach, train and assist Supply Chain Project Specialists.
- Ensure activities performed are in alignment with the Ethicon Quality System.
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
**Qualifications** Education**:
- Bachelor's, Master's or equivalent Degree in Business, Finance, Logistics or Engineering.
**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:
- 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Planning / Logistics, Industrial Engineering or Finance; preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong analytical skills with capability to query systems to extract sets of data for analysis.
- Accuracy with high attention to details.
- Ability to work across multiple functional organizations and levels in a multicultural and global / matrixed environment.
- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Sophisticated Excel knowledge; knowledge of other automation tools (eg., Power BI, Alteryx) a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complexity.
- Confident, articulate, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated partnering and influencing skills.
- Ability to minimize and manage risks appropriately.
- Proficiency in English is required, other languages are a plus.
**Preferred**:
- Project Management experience preferred.
- Automation tools such as Power BI and / or Alteryx preferred.
- Lean material flow, planning & scheduling knowledge, a plus.
- Process Excellence certification or demonstrated experience a plus.
- Knowledge and proficiency of ERP and APS planning tools preferred.
**Other**:
- This position may require up to 10 percent travel.
