.As the Supply Chain NPI&DME Leader, you will report to the Supply Chain Director of New Product Development at Electrolux Group in North America. Your role will be based in either Anderson (SC), Springfield (TN) or Juarez (MX), and it is an onsite position. In this capacity, you will represent and lead all Supply Chain activities, deliverables, and tasks related to new product introduction and engineering changes. You'll work closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing and local Supply Chain team, providing guidance during new part introductions, model launches, engineering change notices, and new supplier startups to ensure a seamless transition and implementation.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (What you will do)Lead supply chain related activities within the Electrolux product development process to define, develop and launch a new product in the North American factories, ensuring value creation and best time to market for launch/implementation.EPM gate core team member – signoff on all deliverables.Lead Supply Chain team to support project builds (DVT, MVT, MP and SoP), engineering change try-outs and pilots (new model set-up, new parts availability, delivery time, airfreight coordination, schedule, etc.).Identify long lead time components and RPO's needed; Track scheduling issues; Track new part delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, plan, and execute proper phase-in/phase-out management with local site planners without compromising safety, quality, cost, delivery, and inventory while ensuring minimal impact on excess and obsolescence (including Tier 2 supply constrains when applicable) and work closely with Purchasing team.Single point of contact for supply chain activities related to new product introductions, engineering changes or cost-out initiatives, actively participating in all project cross-functional meetings and change management/implementation boards.ECN approver for all new product introduction projects and DME activitiesEnsure smooth implementation of engineering changes within Supply Chain and Purchasing to ensure proper rollout, avoid disruptions, stop procurement of material affected by change, keep material managers informed of ECN implementation status, coordinate proper inventory rotation to minimize scrap/reworked parts.Coordinate the hand-off from the project to the operations to ensure the proper material flow process from the receiving dock, to the warehouse storage location, to the production line feed location, to the delivery of the finished product to the customer.Establish a high-performance culture of accountability (clear targets and expectations), transparency, collaboration, and continuous learning.Risk Management: Identify potential supply chain disruptions and develop with the team contingency plans to mitigate risks, such as supplier issues or transportation delays
