Join us in offering solutions that ensure our motto: Life Is On, everywhere, for everyone and at any time.What will you be doing in this position?Key Responsibilities:Identify and quantify potential stakes existing in global Supply Chain performance.Challenge optimization of physical & information flows, surfaces, lead time, direct labor, and equipment efficiency.Lead continuous improvement plans within the plant.Create or contribute to a shared improvement roadmap with the Entity to achieve targets.Support Entity on Safety (zero accidents), CS&Q (process robustness), Delivery (OTD), SC Deployment (LTIP), HR (Competencies).Participate in the decision-making process for all investments (new product introduction, capacity, kaizen).Challenge and support the entities to co-deliver targets: DLP, lead-time, organizational efficiency, internal process capacity & on-time delivery.Support the animation of the SPS at the entity level to become part of Entity DNA.Contribute to SPS continuous improvement using the SME network.Implement and contribute to best practices with the SME network.Design, improve, deploy & manage standards, methodologies, and tools in the Entity.Co-assess current competencies vs referential to identify gaps and support/challenge local action plan creation and follow-up.Transfer necessary skills through 'training whilst doing' to grow and sustain competencies.Train people on SC Performance topics.Identify other Smart and Digital solutions used in the perimeter and support the entity when needed.Support the entity for Standard Smart/Digital tools implementation and effective usage and monitoring.Ensure Entities are correctly managing data to leverage it for decision making.Perform in Digital competencies regarding requested level.Use BI tools and Analytics for diagnosis and continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering.4 to 8 years' experience in industrial mechanical and/or electrical assembly.Advanced English proficiency.Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) is required.Ability to interact and lead others in a collaborative environment.Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem solving, project management, and communication skills.Experience with change management principles and demonstrated ability to drive and manage the change process.Ability to set overall priorities and form action plans to implement & monitor for results.We know skills and competencies show up in many ways and can be based on your life experience
