**Responsibilities****MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE**- Develop and maintain production plans, deployment plan, and inventory levels in order to ensure an effective and efficient supply chain.- Monitor production plan and communicate with local plants to ensure timely delivery of products.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting.- Analyze inventory levels and adjust production and deployment plans accordingly.- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing inventory levels across warehouses.- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics.- Review and update supply network model and processes to ensure cost-efficiency.- Generate reports to track inventory levels and identify potential supply shortages.- Establish and maintain relationships with production and distribution sites to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.- Proactively identify and resolve supply chain issues.**ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS OR COMMENTS**- Travel requirements: 3%**Section 2 - CANDIDATE PROFILE****EDUCATION, LANGUAGE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.- APIC or related supply chain certification.- English fluent.**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL OR FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES**- 2 to 3 years' experience in supply planning, purchasing, inventory management, and/or logistics.- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel- Previous experience with SAP and Business Objects**LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES & PERSONAL STYLE**- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
