**Summary of Job**The Supply Chain Planning Analyst - RM Responsible for coordination and execution of all activities related to the replenishment of raw materials.
This role is an integral part of a team which optimizes the flow of materials, while considering the plants warehouse capacity and inventory targets in order to eliminate potential disruptions in the storage, storage costs and avoiding material scrap (SLOB).
Execute the development, maintenance, communication, and publication of the Materials Requirements Plan (MRP) to ensure that customer requirements are met.
This individual will be using multiple tools and will be working alongside procurement to ensure all needed materials are available to execute work orders successfully.

**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**- Execute the development, maintenance, communication and publication of the Materials Requirements Plans (MRP), including placing orders, confirm deliveries, provide priorities, etc.- Partner with production planning and other departments to ensure business continuity, service, and cost management- Track and provide updates on assigned key performance metrics (KPIs) like Inventory vs goal, service level, production down time and SLOB (Slow and obsolete)- Attend production/project meetings to help drive initiatives and reporting- Understanding of inventory policy and execution with the goal to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize costs- Participate in new product launches to ensure success of initial production runs**Education and Qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or Manufacturing related field is highly desirable- 2-4 years' experience in production planning- Excellent communication skills- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office- Strong familiarity with ERP and MRP systems- Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills with the ability to assess trends and statistical data/reports.- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously- APICS certification strongly preferred**Core Competencies**- **Technical Skills**_- Microsoft Office (including Outlook)- Microsoft Teams- Ability to develop Gantt Charts (or use equivalent software)- Understanding of ERP and MRP systems is a must- Ability to produce and interpret analytical reports- **Soft Skills**_- Strong time management and communication skills required- Analytical and a problem solver- Able to work under pressure with focus on delivering to deadlinesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $50,000.00 - $60,000
