Learn and support the flow controller activities such as: Responsible to define and update the supply and stock management parameters. Ensure needs/resources balance (MRP, etc.)
for raw material, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products by managing the customer's needs (customer order + CCMP'S) and the replenishment backlog.
Ensure product availability by taking actions to solve backorders and shortages. Define and update the parameters of supply and stock management including ramp-up & ramp-down to achieve the target service level while reducing unhealthy stock and express cost / SIOP (Master Production Schedule). Ensure the quality and consistency of key data: Lead Time, Quantity, Stocking policy. Manage the continuous needs/resources balance (MRP, etc.)
for raw material, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products. Manage the customer needs coming from the CCC's through the Customer Claim Management Process. Manage the replenishment backlog (creation and rescheduling of the manufacturing and purchase orders). Measure the ISSR and S-OTD & U-OTD (External Supplier Service Rate) and drive action plans. Manage the backorder portfolio (BOL), the shortage, and take actions to ensure the availability of product. Define and manage the level of the parameters of supply and stock management of RM/Components according to the MPS to supply customer requirements while reducing unhealthy stock. Qualifications
Student interested in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or Operations Engineering (6th, 7th, 8th, 9th semester).
Skills to develop: Ability to analyze numbers, trends, and data to draw conclusions based on findings. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Ability to make independent decisions with little supervision. Ability to proactively seek out information, training, and other resources needed for continual professional development necessary to be successful in this position. Partner, influence, collaborate & communicate across the enterprise and with relationships built outside. Independently solve problems and make decisions for primary and strategic execution and tactical issues within the relevant portfolio of projects and processes. Work within peer group and leadership infrastructure to ensure that best practices and opportunities are delivered. Strong verbal/presentation and written communication skills working in a complex organization. Fluent in English. Proficient user of Microsoft Office & SAP.
