Supply Chain Planning Lead

**Objective**:- To be part of Regional Central Planning Hub, responsible for all Supply Chain Planning Operational & Tactical activities for all Carib + OpCos in the Americas Region, including Demand Planning, Production & FGs Imports Planning, Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) and Replenishment Planning.- To support OpCos on increasing Planning Competencies and Maturity, as well as to ensure Heineken Standard Ways of Working are complied.
**What** **we** **look for**:- **Years/Experience**: 3 years in Supply Chain in at least 2 Planning Processes- **Education**: Bachelor- **English level**: High (Fluent)- **Trips Frequency**: Low**Areas of Knowledge / Expertise**: Demand Planning, Production Planning, Replenishment Planning, Materials Requirement Planning (MRP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Advanced Planning Tools.
