Is accountable of ensuring site efforts to ensure the timely delivery of product for our patients. Core areas include: Supply Chain Planning over Short, Medium and Long Term, Capacity Planning, Inventory Management, Customer Service, ERP System Master Data Administration, Site Procurement Strategy for Direct and Indirect Materials, Manufacturing Support Warehouse (local and 3PL location) and Trade controls for Import and export activities.- Leads development of overall end to end capacity plans (in collaboration with the asset planners at sites and within Global External Sourcing) ensuring product demands can be met out to 36 months horizon. Develops options should risks arise and secure commitment to the overall global resolution plan before ensuring the plan is executed and progress is communicated- Monitors the overall Customer service performance of the chain in combination with sites- Creates and maintain a tactical long term plan for inventory in the context of the budget (in collaboration with asset planners in sites and Global External Sourcing in Regions)- Tracks actual inventory performance versus planned inventory and progress on improvements (variability and lead team reductions) necessary to hit projected inventory and take corrective actions as required in collaboration with Sites/Global External Sourcing/Regions- Leads the Global monthly Product sales and order planning process (as part of the Business Planning Process) for assigned products families in a standardized manner in line with the global planning calendar- Owns the overall Value Stream Maps for the assigned supply chains and create the overall annual inventory budget.- Report progress against the annual inventory budget- Maintains integrity and accuracy of relevant master data for the assigned product families and work with local planners to ensure Enterprise Resource Planning data used is standardized and fit for purpose.- Defines ongoing supply chain reports and feed data regarding supply chain information to other central systems- Is member of the Site Leadership Team, supporting Site Strategy definition and alignment with global Ops, and ensuring the execution and delivery.ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:- A degree or equivalent in Business, Logistics, Sciences or Engineering is preferred, equivalent experience will be taken into account
