**Supply Chain Professional Jr.****About the job**RHI Magnesita is seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Professional Jr. in Ramos Arizpe, MX!The Professional Jr. of our GSS Supply Chain NAM team servicing clients in SAMOB & Mexico, who can perform and optimize work across multiple supply chain process, ensuring the commercial handling for a defined customer group.The tasks are based on internal guidelines and aligned with the company targets.The Professional for Freight Invoice Verification, will be performing different task in Tangro Module for SAP, verifying, and completing the compliance guidelines for audition freight charges in North America and SAMOB, including Land freights, Sea Freights, Air Freights and Duties & Brokerage for all shipments of the region.This position full time will report to the Head of Order to Cash Services NAM and will travel both domestically and internationally with about 5% travel time.**The Supply Chain Professional Jr's tasks will include**:- Audit freight invoices- Fulfill compliance guidelines for invoice verification- Create freight purchase orders- Collaborate between teams and regions in NAM & SAMOB- Dispute freight charges**About you**Do you have:- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business administration or similar- 2+ years' experience in supply chain, logistic or related is required- English B1/ B2: activities entirely in English- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables), SAP and PowerPoint skills- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized- Ability to learn quickly, understand business systems, and adapt to urgent requirements- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills**What we bring to the table**As a much-valued employer:- We offer you a varied and challenging role within the world market leader that is driving positive change- We give you the opportunity to take part in shaping the future of the industry leader in innovative technology- **Amazing benefits!
