Job Family Description:Develops, recommends, and implements strategies and solutions for supply chain based on the analysis of business goals, objectives, needs, and existing system infrastructure and process capabilityRole Summary:Lead the creation and execution of Americas Supply Chain (SC) Strategy consistent with Americas Manufacturing guidelines (Cost, Capacity, Capability, and Culture):Ensure the SC is linked with business and functional strategies:Lead and/or support the creation and execution of strategy projects (ex:Cost reduction, capacity expansion, E2E Lean, etc.) consistent with and in support of the regional business strategies:Assist and support processes, systems, tools, and information that monitor current performance and anticipate future requirements.
