.Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager.**What you'll do**:- Position Overview:- The Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) will take full responsibility for managing subcontractors of critical components during- the development phase of New Programs. SCPM focuses on ensuring Program Management discipline is integrated into the Supply- Chain, ensuring suppliers meet the program Cost and Schedule in accordance with the PRO-Launch process from Phase 0 Concept- through to Transition to Production.- The position interfaces with the Program Office and Operations ensuring smooth flow of supply chain processes and complete- alignment of supplier through to customer. Specific tasks associated with the role include aligning the Supply Chain to meet program- critical path requirements, ensuring compliance with customer flow-down requirements while reducing the complexity and total cost- of the products.In this function you will:- Lead sub-con process improvement activities, completing value stream map activities, internally and externally, to identifyimprovement opportunities.- Review all sub-contract items and identify opportunities for make items complete, work with internal teams to develop plans toachieve this change.- Look for simplification opportunities, lead time reductions, reductions in material movements, internally and externally.- Develop processes for supplier scheduling, manage the demand on each supplier, balanced with their supply capacity.- Monitor supplier performance and work with suppliers to improve this as necessary.- Responsible for the creation of the necessary MFG-PRO documentation in a timely manner and that material flows internally andexternally to support production plan requirements.- Work with supply base to determine timing of deliveries and, where necessary, take action to improve. Ensure that the ERPsystem accurately reflects the latest delivery timing information- Manage the key metrics related to the sub-contract process, identify trends and work with suppliers to develop corrective actionplans as necessary- Manage the creation of all necessary documentation and work order management.- Key stakeholder in the Make v Buy process- Create RFQ packs and proposal risk and PPAP reviews- Present internal divisional gate awards- Facilitate key activities with internal and external stakeholders- Support LTA negotiations with Commodity management**Qualifications**:- Required (Basic) Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution (or previous relevant experience).- Minimum five (5) years experience in Supply Chain, Program Management and/or Contracts.**Skills**:- Preferred Experience:- Strong supplier development expertise is required to ensure contractual requirements are met and to support growth of thebusiness relationship between Eaton and the selected subcontractors
