**Job Title** (Job Code): Supply Chain Project Assistant
**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**
- Provide a confidential, effective and professional service to the Manager of Supply Chain and his team
- Assist the Manager to guarantee time efficiency, communication and organization
- Follow-up of specific purchases and activities related to warehouse or supply chain topics
**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**
- Describe here main information such as accountabilities, authorities, performance measurementsetc._
**Main Responsibilities**
- Follow-up of the warehouses consumables and other necessities (indirect purchases)
- Creation of the consumables purchase request on ARIBA
- Purchases orders follow up
- Compiling reports for projects reviews
- Arranging meetings - including room bookings, equipment, coffee breaks, etc.
- Manage of the office and warehouse necessities - reception of visitors, room allocation, post, invoices, lunches, etc.
- Tavel arrangements - flights/hotel bookings
- Expenses managements - Concur
- Prepare agendas for the meetings
- Creation and follow-up of MOMs
- Follow-up of invoices payment
- Follow-up of vehicles maintenance program (status, gas, physic conditions..)
**MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES**
**Educational Requirements**_ _Describe the minimum educational requirement/level_
**Mandatory**:
- College degree
- IT skills - competent user of Microsoft Office Package
- Spanish (mother tongue or bilingual)
**Desirable**:
- English
**Experience **_Describe the knowledge and experience required for this role_
**Mandatory**:
- Minimum 5 years in similar position
- Experience and use of ERP SAP
- Experience in team management
- Knowledge of new requirement "Carta Porte"
- Excellent understanding of incoterms
**Desirable**:
- Shorthand and typing
- Valuable experience in companies of same sector/activity or related.
- English
