ResponsibilitiesDefine and update the supply and stock management parameters.Ensure needs/resources balance (MRP) for raw material, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products by managing customer needs (customer order + CCMP's) and the replenishment backlog.Ensure product availability by taking actions to solve backorders and shortages.Define and update the parameters of supply and stock management including ramp-up & ramp-down to achieve the target service level while reducing unhealthy stock and express cost / SIOP (Master Production Schedule).Ensure the quality and consistency of key data: Lead Time, Quantity, Stocking policy.Manage the continuous needs/resources balance (MRP) for raw material, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products.Manage customer needs coming from the CCC's through the Customer Claim Management Process.Manage the replenishment backlog (creation and rescheduling of manufacturing and purchase orders).Measure the S-OTD & U-OTD (External Supplier Service Rate) and drive action plans.Manage the backorder portfolio (BOL), the shortage, and take actions to ensure the availability of products.Define and manage the level of the parameters of supply and stock management of RM/Components according to the MPS to supply customer requirements while reducing unhealthy stock.QualificationsMinimum 3+ years of experience in Planning (MRP), Logistics & Inventory management in Supply Chain.Proficiency in English & strong Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint skills.Experience with SAP.Strong Data Analytical skills, Technical / problem-solving skills.Solid knowledge in Inventory Management (analysis).Experience in resolving conflict, improving efficiencies, and continuous improvement.
