Initiatives include transfer of suppliers, & quality & value engineering changes.
This position is also co-responsible to build and support a solid pipeline of projects through new ideas development, as well as, to coach, disrupt and lead the procurement organization in the project management best practices.
Lead Innovation workshops, competitors comparison exercises, collaboration with Line of Business, resources and budget management.
Create ideas through a strong knowledge of cost structure, electro-mechanical technologies, raw materials (ferrous, non-ferrous, and resins) and electronic components.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or BusinessBilingual in English/Spanish – business proficient (written and oral)+3 years proven experience working in Project Management.Previous experience working in Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality or Supply Chain areasProactive, dynamic, self-driven, able to achieve results via influence and great communication skillsSeeks solutions beyond his/her own frame of referenceAvailability to travel internationally (Valid Passport and USA Visa)Desired Skills:Experience working in electric or electronics manufacturing industry.Interpretation of engineering specs, drawings, BOM (Bill of Material), cost modeling, inventory volumesPMP Training/CertificationMaster's in Business AdministrationExperience implementing and leading Agile (Scrum Master methodology)Experience handling ambiguity and multiple conflicts to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
