We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.- **Manage supply chain activities to support P1/P10 new products**:- **Define Supply Chain concepts & make quotation; Define detailed Supply Chain solutions; **- **Initiate, define and lead logistics FMEA & Information System; **- **_Initiate with Purchasing the SVRF (Valeo Requirement File) for Supply Chain requirements (PUMA Portal); & validate suppliers logistic protocols; _**- **_Define and qualify Finished Goods & Work In Process packaging; Qualify supplier packaging; _**- **_Define, validate and qualify Transportation Logistics Service Providers protocols; _**- **Define and qualify Supply Chain process equipment & Internal flows; **- **Define, validate and qualify Supply Chain master data & Information System; **- **Support on Continuous improvement Supply Chain process**- **Follow & reach Project milestones (pre-serial deliveries, FDPR, ramp-up ); **- **Use Supply Chain checklist template to manage day to day activity and monthly review progress with Project Manager; **- **_Is responsible for project logistics issues until phase 4b (6 months after SOP); _**- **Attend Project meetings and lead PM assignments; **- **Participate in theline/industrial transfer, P0 projects and engineering changes (ECR/ECO)**:- **Implement all supply chain activities for products managed by line transfer project teams; **- **Lead supply chain to support P0 projects.
**- **_Implement and promote the supply chain standards; train & coach both internal and external project contributors: _**- **Train suppliers on Valeo standards and specifications and promote their usage; **- **Support supply chain activities to implement and promote the standards (Suppliers Logistics Guidelines, Packaging & Labeling standards, VRO standards, Quality Labeling Good Practices recommendations, Transportation & Logistics Providers Protocols, EDI/Web EDI ); **- **Initiate, update and lead the Logistics FMEA for new projects (action plan definition and reviews); **- **Avoid any obsolescence due to new product introduction and product phase out**:- **Make sure to only order material according to new products introduction needs; **- **Validate close orders quantity and supply process; **- **Manage obsolete inventories (RAW, WIP, FING) with Project Manager (physically and in ERP); **- **Keep inventory accurate and under control and highlight for any deviation or obsolescence risks.
