ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity The Supply Chain Reports Analyst provides critical frontline and back office field location support by helping report and track revenue management activities as well as settlement support reporting activities to ensure driver and settlement clerk activities are compliant and any issues/trends are resolved. The role entails data collection, analysis/insight sharing, taking action to resolve reporting or revenue issues, tracking all report generation and issue status with field leaders, and providing ad-hoc support to help ensure support is provided even when unique or unforeseen situations require team support. The team would be expected to perform reporting and tracking, and other tools covering areas such as budget, pricing and helps resolve ad hoc customer issues via research, analysis and provide customer communication as needed.
Your Impact As Supply Chain Reports Analyst your functions would consist of:
Data Collection and Report Building – Build Reports for PBNA Location/Market Leaders (Executing Actions)Analysis and Insight – Identify Issues, Research Issues, and Provide a Recommended Action Plan for Field Leaders to research/resolve issues (Providing Consultation/Executing Actions)Action – Where eligible, take action to help address and solve location and customer issues (Making Decisions, Executing Actions)Tracking – Document progress and status on all reports and issues to communicate with PBNA field leaders (Being informed)Provide Field Location Leaders with ad-hoc support as needed, and periodic updates on process improvement opportunities (Making Decisions, Providing Consultation, Executing Actions)QualificationsWho Are We Looking For? Fluent in EnglishBachelor's degree in Business/Control/OperationsPrevious experience desired in Supply Chain or Data & Reporting AnalyticsFluent with data, and proven ability to utilize Excel to extract necessary data when neededAdvanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
