The role entails data collection, analysis/insight sharing, taking action to resolve reporting or revenue issues, tracking all report generation and issue status with field leaders, and providing ad-hoc support to help ensure support is provided even when unique or unforeseen situations require team support. The team would be expected to perform reporting and tracking, and other tools covering areas such as budget, pricing and helps resolve ad hoc customer issues via research, analysis and provide customer communication as needed
