We are leaders in our businesses and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.Job: Supply Chain SchedulerOrganization: Supply ChainSchedule: Full timeEmployee Status: RegularJob Type: Permanent contractJob Posting Date: 2025-01-06Responsibilities:Manage the inventory level of raw materials and components families:Follow up on the MPS achievement and propose preventive actions regarding material availability to ensure MPS realization.Set up proper raw materials and components inventory levels.Define and lead actions connected with inventory reductions.Measure the Supplier Service Rate (SSR) for each supplier and propose action plans to improve service levels.Follow up and report daily on the inventory level of raw materials and components families.Ensure materials and components are available to meet complete customer demand:Plan raw materials and components requirements based on Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning, and Master Production Schedule.Validate and send weekly forecasts to suppliers.Follow up daily on material arrivals according to firm orders.Communicate complete, precise & reliable information to Supplier contacts, adapting methods and frequency as needed.Identify blocking points and plan appropriate quick actions:Attend Logistics/Purchasing meetings and follow up on action plans.Support implementation with relevant departments to improve supply chain organization.Define inbound transportation plans with the External flow analyst.Support inventory counting and propose actions to maintain inventory accuracy.Alert sales in the event of a crisis and define priorities with the Customer & internally.Meet Supplier contacts regularly and propose logistics protocols in cooperation with the External flow analyst and Purchasing.Ensure backup for each Supplier and train them on managing Supplier accounts.Join Us!
