This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon's ecosystem and involves overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process, including inventory management, demand forecasting, and supplier relations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and optimize the entire supply chain process, focusing on inventory management for Amazon FBA, ensuring timely stock replenishment and minimizing excess inventory.Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.Forecast demand and create purchase orders aligned with sales trends and Amazon FBA requirements.Analyze and optimize supply chain costs, including COGS, shipping, and handling expenses, to improve profitability.Monitor and report on key supply chain KPIs, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.Ensure compliance with Amazon FBA regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.Skills And QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on Amazon FBA.Extensive knowledge of Amazon FBA processes, including inventory management, shipping, and compliance.Proficiency with supply chain and inventory management software; advanced knowledge of MS Office.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.Key Metrics for SuccessInventory turnover and stockout rate management.Optimization of COGS and OPEX.Supplier lead time and performance evaluation.Warehouse space utilization and freight cost efficiency.Return rate and forecast accuracy
