Descripción y detalle de las actividadesSupport the Supply Chain process for Assembly Planning to maximize productivity, maintain production schedules, and the flow of materials through the plant to meet customer needs.
MAIN ACTIVITIES 1.
Support end to end the collaboration of production programs and scheduling for the production floor.
2.
Support on time material arrival including but not limited to material importation, unloading and receiving in SAP.
3.
Facilitate Sales and Customer Requirements to ensure on time delivery including quotes, samples and special requests.
4.
Communicate order status with Customer Service.
5.
Create reports on supply chain metrics.
6.
Maintain a relationship with material planning to ensure fabrication planning meets target dates and can deliver products on time.
7. Review data on inventory levels to identify shortages and meet customer demand.
8.
Supports deviation by facilitating data, approvals or issuing deviation if needed.
9.
Issue purchase requisitions for supply chain department, including but not limited to office supplies.
10.
Maintain existing Dashboards updated.
11.
Monitor KPIs for Supply Chain.
(Production Planning, Warehouse and Shipping) 12.
Coordinates priorities between Material Planning, Warehouse and Logistics.
13.
Train and support other team members on supply chain procedures.Experiência y requisitosREPORT TO: Supply Chain Lead.
EDUCATION Studies in business, industrial engineering, logistics or related preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems WORK EXPERIENCE 3-5 years of proven experience in the manufactuing industry, supply chain or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
