Eaton's AER FED Fluid Electrical Distribution division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Specialist.**What you'll do**:**Primary Function**:Lead the development and execution of projects related to Supply Chain processes, using the Project Management Tools to ensure project goal alignment and deliverables on time, quality and cost.This position is responsible for deploying processes within the different business.This position will also monitor project portfolio performance within the business units or functional areas. The position drives continuous improvement while utilizing the framework of the Eaton Business System (EBS) and the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF).**Essential Functions**:Create a detailed plan which identifies the critical path of the project and identifies risk and mitigations.Prioritizes tasks and manages assignments so team activities are balanced, and resources are used effectively.Identify project risks and development mitigation plans to ensure project goals remains on track.Report recurrent project status and escalate project risks to Management.Lead the execution of Supply Chain projects, using the Project Management Tools to ensure project goal alignment and deliverables on time, quality, and cost.Coordinates resource planning activities such as, inventory planning, bank size, materials strategies, production scheduling, among othersDevelops and implements key metrics to achieve desired results of the team.**Qualifications**:**Qualifications**- Basic qualifications:- Bachelor's degree- Strong communication skills- Experience in project management.- Ability to manage multiple projects/activities.- Excellent communication skills to interact at all levels within and outside the Organization- English 90% (written and spoken)- Detail Oriented- Strong analytical skills- Computer Skills (MS-Project & MS Office, MFG/Pro, Monarch, SAP)- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position desired or in SCM- Understanding of problem-solving methods (Six Sigma, 8D, root cause analysis) a plus- Proactive and results drivenWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
